History of Nushki District :
Mandai tribe was the first ruler of nushki district from 852 to 1764 for almost 1000 years . Mughal Emperor naseer Uddin Hummyam sent his brother with an army to quell nushki territory . The mandai's called the sardar of Rakshan sardar Badin for help , the local tribes defeated the mughal forces and conquer Nushki region .
MUGHAL EMPIR :
Historian describes that the Dynasty of the Mandai tribe reigned this area for nearly 1000 years, from 852 to 1764. In 1546, Mughal emperor Naseer Uddin Hummyaun despatched his brother main an navy to subjugate this territory. But the nearby tribes defeated the Mughal forces trying to triumph over this area.
BRITISH EMPIRE :
Nushki is a historical location that dates again centuries. For centuries it served as a passage and station for human beings journeying to Afghanistan and Iran. British empire took a selected interest on this area to conquer neighboring areas which include Iran and Afghanistan.
In 1801, the British Government despatched two officials, Captain Charles Christie and Lieutenant Henry Pottinger, to explore this region and record their strategic findings. The officers concealed their identities and explored the vicinity as buyers to Kalat, Herat, and Pottinger.
